All bookings require a minimum of 3 hours, regardless of category.

No – all rooms follow the same pricing structure.

Rates vary only by type of use: Regular (PRO), Visitor (PRO), or Private.

Your rental fee includes full access to the booked room, furniture, and basic BDSM equipment.

There are no extra costs for bondage furniture, restraints, whips or other standard tools provided in the room.

Yes. Some special tools can be requested as add-ons:

• F*-Machine

• Milking Machine Venus 2000

• Leather-bag

• Leather Straight Jacket

• Segufix-System

• Cross-dressing / Sissy Outfits

They are included for Regulars (PRO) at no extra cost.

For Visitors (PRO) and Private bookings, each selected tool costs +50 CHF per booking.

You can indicate your preferences in the request form. A full list of available tools will be shared after confirmation. Use is subject to respectful and safe handling.

Regulars & Visitors (PRO): Yes – self-cleaning is required.

Private bookings: Cleaning is included.

Private bookings: 1–2 people are included. From the 3rd person onward, a one-time fee of +80 CHF per person for an hourly rental and +100 CHF per person for an daily rental applies.

Professional bookings: All additional guests are charged +50 CHF per person for an hourly rental and +100 CHF per person for an daily rental (per booking).

All guests must be indicated in the request.

Yes. Day rentals (up to 21 hours, incl. overnight stay if desired) are available:

• Regulars: 500 CHF

• Visitors: 600 CHF

• Private: 700 CHF

Please note the check-in and /-out times for day rentals: Check-in 12:00 – Check-out 09:00 or request individual times upon request.

Additional guests are charged as above.

Overnight stays are available in all rooms:

• Regulars: 300 CHF

• Visitors: 400 CHF

• Private: 500 CHF

Yes. First-time Regulars (PRO) are required to complete a one-time onboarding session (200 CHF), including a studio tour and protocol introduction.

No. All bookings must be requested in advance and are personally reviewed and confirmed.

We do not offer same-day or instant bookings.

All confirmed bookings are accompanied by our complete rental agreement and guidelines.
